Founded in 2009 by long-time friends Dipalee Jukes and Francis Williams, Ground & Water was born from a shared vision: to engineer a better world. From day one, our guiding values, Courage, Commitment, and Community, have shaped every decision, every project, and every relationship.

What our clients say
